Spectator Policy

Due to the rise in cases in Stillwater County, Absarokee Schools are going to move to the rules that govern 4-C Volleyball in order to be proactive and be able to hold the district tournament on-site.

* Each coach and the suited player will be given 4 spectator passes.

* Spectators will be required to wear a mask and sit in pods of their family/households while practicing safe social distancing.

* Home fans will sit opposite their bench, which is the north bench.

* Visiting fans will sit opposite their bench, which is the south bench.

* No fans will be seated on the same side as the bench.

* Only home team personnel will be allowed at the score table.

* Immediately following the completion of the match-all spectators will be asked to leave the school grounds (including the parking lots) and will not be allowed onto the court at any point during the match.

* Event workers will wear masks and anyone handling money will wear gloves as well, changing their gloves throughout the event as well as sanitizing and washing their hands and immediate area.

* Concessions may be served depending on the number of cases in the county, less than 15. All food items will be in prepackaged containers.

* Sanitizing stations will be made available throughout the gym area and it will be suggested during the match from the announcer that spectators wash and sanitize their hands.

* Spectators are asked not to touch the ball unless it is going to strike you.

* There will be no band or singing performances allowed.

* There will be no cheerleaders as there is no student section.
